Dubai Pearl is a 73 storey, 300 m (984 ft), tall residential skyscraper under construction along Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It consists of four mixed-use towers connected together at the base and by a sky bridge at the top. Construction is set for completion in 2016.[2] The structural design was carried out by Dubai-based engineering firm e-Construct. Construction was started in 2009, and the project will cost $4 billion (Dh14.6 billion). Once completed, Dubai Pearl will accommodate 9,000 residents and its commercial sector will employ 12,000 people.
