Fröjel, is a settlement on the Swedish island of Gotland.[2] Formerly a socken,[3] on 1 January 2016, it was reconstituted into the administrative area Fröjel District.[4] In 2014, it had a population of 358.[1]
Geography
Fröjel is situated on the west coast of Gotland.[5] The medieval Fröjel Church is in Fröjel.[6]
One of the asteroids in the main belt, 10127 Fröjel, is named after this place.[7]
