Gałajny [ɡaˈwai̯nɨ] (German: Gallehnen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górowo Iławeckie, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-east of Górowo Iławeckie, 18 km (11 mi) north-west of Bartoszyce, and 62 km (39 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
The village has a population of 176.
