Gannavaram (SC) (Assembly constituency) is one of 19 constituencies of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly. It is a Scheduled Castes reserved constituency. As per the Delimitation Orders (2008), the constituency covers the mandals of P.Gannavaram, Ambajipeta, Ainavilli and part of Mamidikuduru. It also covers villages of Pedapatnam, Appanapalle, Botlakurru Doddavaram, Pasarlapudi, Pedapatnam, Nagaram, Mogalikuduru, Makanapalem, Lutukurru, Pasarlapudilanka and Adurru.[1]
Overview
It is part of the Amalapuram Lok Sabha constituency along with another six Vidhan Sabha segments, namely, Ramachandrapuram, Mummidivaram, Razole, Amalapuram, Kothapeta, and Mandapeta.
