Graham and Laird, Schober and Mitchell Factories were two historic factory buildings located in the Franklintown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Graham factory was built in 1885-1886, and the Laird, Schober and Mitchell Factory in 1891. They were heavy timber framed brick buildings.^[2] They have been demolished.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.^[1]
