"Hljómalind" is a song by the Icelandic band Sigur Rós from their 2007 album Hvarf/Heim. It was released on heavyweight 7" vinyl as the album's first single (in Europe only) on October 29, 2007. The B-side of the single features a live acoustic version of the song "Starálfur". It has reached #91 on the UK Singles Chart.

As a working-track, it was played in live concerts, since 1999, when, in Ágætis byrjun studio sessions, it was written, and was known as "Rokklagið" ("The Rock Song"). The song was never released until 2007, when it was recorded in studio, and featured on Hvarf as Hljómalind. Before choosing this name, the song was thought to be named "The Rabbit and the Prince" (who were Kiddi and Valli, two band's friends). [1]

Its name comes from a record store in Reykjavík called Hljómalind, which was run by Kiddi, the band's then-manager. It is now an organic food cafe which was run by Kiddi himself, named Kaffi Hljómalind.[1]
