Hostěnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 20 square kilometres (7.7 sq mi), and has a population of 551 (as at 3 July 2006).
Hostěnice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Brno and 195 km (121 mi) south-east of Prague.
