Jeffry Fortes (born 22 March 1989 in Rotterdam) is a Dutch-born Cape Verdean professional footballer who currently plays as a defensive midfielder for Excelsior in the Dutch Eredivisie. He formerly played for FC Dordrecht and FC Den Bosch.

International Career

Fortes was born in the Netherlands to parents of Cape Verdean descent. He made his debut for the Cape Verde national football team in a 1-0 win over Mozambique.^[1]
