Haruna Kawaguchi (川口 春奈 Kawaguchi Haruna, born February 10, 1995 in Gotō, Nagasaki) is a Japanese model and actress under the Ken-On agency.[1][2] She is known for playing the lead role in the film Ouran High School Host Club, POV: Norowareta Film, Zekkyō Gakkyū, and Say "I love you".
