Khrongkhraeng krop
Khrongkhraeng krop (Thai: ครองแครงกรอบ, pronounced [kʰrɔ̄ːŋ.kʰrɛ̄ːŋ krɔ̀ːp]) is traditional thai dessert have aspect dry, crisp and favourite dessert in Thailand. It is made from dough and knead. The main ingredients are wheat flour, eggs, coconut milk, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, chilli, parsley root and pepper. The taste of khrongkhraeng krop has special more than another thai dessert because it is a little spicy from peppers and have the scent of garlic with parsley root. For the one who likes to eat but don’t like the taste from the market or bakery. You can get into the kitchen and try to make it and get your own taste that you like by the easy method.
