Lomec is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.6 square kilometres (1.4 sq mi), and has a population of 129 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lomec lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Klatovy, 43 km (27 mi) south of Plzeň, and 115 km (71 mi) south-west of Prague.
