The Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Division 2 is a New Zealand Association football (soccer) semi-professional status league competition that is run by the Auckland Football Federation and includes soccer clubs located in the northern part of the North Island, New Zealand. It is open to clubs from the Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty provinces. The promoted clubs go to the Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Division 1.

At completion of the 2010 championship round, the Div 2 winners contested play-offs with the teams placed 7th & 8th in Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Divs 1A & 1B.
The top two from this series contested the 2011 Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Division 1.
The bottom three contested the 2011 Lotto Sport Italia NRFL Division 2, along with the teams placed 2nd to 9th in Div 2.
The bottom-placed team in Div 2 was relegated from the Lotto Sport Italia NRFL pyramid structure.[2]
