The lowland tiny greenbul[2] (Phyllastrephus debilis) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
