Maxi (full legal name: Delhaize Serbia d.o.o. Beograd), or officially Delhaize Serbia is a Serbian supermarket chain, part of Delhaize Group. Maxi was founded in 2000, with its first store opening at Belgrade and also headquartered in Belgrade. The chain has around 450 stores in the region.[2]

In Serbia, Maxi became the biggest retail company by acquiring companies C-market and Pekabeta. Since 2014, Maxi and Tempo is no longer operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company "Tropic Group" from Banja Luka bought the ownership of 39 retail supermarkets (Tempo, Maxi) from "Delhaize BiH".[3]
