Mezilesí is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.98 square kilometres (2.69 sq mi), and has a population of 135 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mezilesí lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 50 km (31 mi) west of Jihlava, and 72 km (45 mi) south-east of Prague.
