Mister International 2010, the 5th edition of the Mister International pageant, held on November 20, 2010 at Central Park Complex in Jakarta, Indonesia[1][2] 40 contestants competed for the title, the highest number of contestants since the pageant's inception in 2006. Bruno Kettels of Bolivia crown his successor Ryan Terry of Great Britain.

Historical significance
- The pageant marked the first time where final placements of the Top 10 and Top 15 were revealed on the official site.
- A record of 40 countries participated this year.
- This was the fourth time the host contestant made the semi-finals.
- Belgium, Bolivia, France, Indonesia, Philippines, Spain, and Venezuela placed the year before.
- Venezuela placed for the fifth consecutive time holding the longest streak.
- Belgium and Indonesia has placed for the third consecutive time.
- USA streak of placements was broken when contestant withdrew from the pageant.
- Lebanon and Singapore did not made into the semi-finals for the first time.
- Namibia is the only African country to make the semi-finals.
- Great Britain won for the first time.
- Austria placed 12th, Bosnia & Herzegovina placed 9th, Chile placed 7th, Namibia placed 8th, and Turkey placed 6th reaching their highest placement.
