Motta Camastra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 160 kilometres (99 mi) east of Palermo and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 868 and an area of 25.3 square kilometres (9.8 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Motta Camastra contains the frazione (subdivision) Fondaco Motta e San Cataldo.
