Pětipsy (German: Fünfhunden) is a village and municipality (obec) in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.09 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi), and has a population of 203 (as at 28 August 2006).
Pětipsy lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south of Chomutov, 62 km (39 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 80 km (50 mi) west of Prague.
