Phan Văn Santos (born Fábio dos Santos on 30 September 1977 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a naturalized Vietnamese football goalkeeper, who plays for An Giang F.C. in the V-League.
While playing for Đồng Tâm Long An F.C. at the AFC Champions League 2006, he scored one goal against Shanghai Shenhua.[1]
He played the match against Brazil Olympic team in August 2008.[2]
