Pozděchov is a village and municipality (obec) in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.44 square kilometres (5.19 sq mi), and has a population of 566 (as at 2005).
Pozděchov lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Vsetín, 21 km (13 mi) east of Zlín, and 272 km (169 mi) east of Prague.
