Rony Join Indonesia warriors in 2010. In the 2010-11 season the Indonesia Warriors have not penetrated Indonesia Semi final. In the 2012 season Rony secured the ABL title.

Indonesia National Team

Rony Indonesia national basketball team since 2003 when Indonesia Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam. And do not get a medal. In 2007 Ron returned strengthen Indonesia at the SEA Games in held Thailand. He earned a silver medal. In 2011 he kemabali Following Indonesia SEA Games this time as host. He got the Bronze Medal.
