Rozseč is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.01 square kilometres (0.78 sq mi), and has a population of 113 (as at 3 July 2006).
Rozseč lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 46 km (29 mi) east of Jihlava, and 153 km (95 mi) south-east of Prague.
