- Samsung Galaxy A3 4G-LTE Duos SM-A300M/DS - 1 GB RAM only, dual SIM (stand-by: call active on one sim card), originally with Android 4.4.4 KitKat, and with the newer communication abilities of 4G LTE (150 Mbit/s).
