The Samsung Galaxy A8 is an Android phablet produced by Samsung Electronics. It was introduced on July 15, 2015.[2]
Following its release, the Galaxy A8 is available in Asia and Africa only.
Hardware
The Galaxy A8 is thinner than earlier models from the A-series lineup, measuring 5.9 millimetres (0.23 in) in thickness.[3] Other specifications include a 5.7 inch 1080p display, touch based fingerprint sensor,a 16 MP back and a 5MP front camera, an Octa core Exynos 5430 chipset or exynos 5433 chipset or a Snapdragon 615 Chipset, 2GB of RAM and a 3050 mAh battery. It comes shipped with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The Japan kddi variant by Oneseg & full Seg TV, Korean Sk Telecom Variant by T-DMB.
