Sherrill is a town in Jefferson County, Arkansas, United States. Its population was 126 at the 2000 U.S. census. It is included in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 126 people, 51 households, and 39 families residing in the town. The population density was 347.5/km² (895.9/mi²). There were 54 housing units at an average density of 148.9/km² (384.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 80.95% White and 19.05% Black or African American.
There were 51 households out of which 31.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.7% were married couples living together, 9.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.5% were non-families. 19.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.85.
In the town the population was spread out with 23.8% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 27.8% from 25 to 44, 31.0% from 45 to 64, and 11.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 103.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.0 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $29,375, and the median income for a family was $33,438. Males had a median income of $32,813 versus $21,250 for females. The per capita income for the town was $15,096. There were 16.2% of families and 21.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including 30.3% of under eighteens and 26.7% of those over 64.
