So Far From Real is a 2003 album by Cauterize (previously known as T.O.E.). It was the first release under the name Cauterize and the only album the band released on Wind-Up Records. Three singles were released from So Far From Real: "Something Beautiful", which included a music video, "Killing Me" and "Choke". The latter two were used in the Nintendo GameCube video game 1080 Avalanche. An independent music video was later released for "Choke". The song "Shooting Stars" was used on the soundtrack of the movie EuroTrip.
