Turman Township is one of nine townships in Sullivan County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,061 and it contained 439 housing units.[1]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 57.48 square miles (148.9 km2), of which 56.8 square miles (147 km2) (or 98.82%) is land and 0.68 square miles (1.8 km2) (or 1.18%) is water.[1]
