Arčelca (pronounced [aɾˈtʃeːu̯tsa]) is a small settlement in the Municipality of Trebnje in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the historical Lower Carniola region. The municipality is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.[2]
The local church is dedicated to Mary Magdalene and belongs to the Parish of Sela pri Šumberku. It is a medieval building that was greatly remodelled in the Baroque style in the second half of the 17th century.[3]
