Each meal kit comes with recyclable packaging, pre-portioned ingredients and simple instructions for meals that are ready in about 30 minutes. The rotating menu includes 13 meals with both breakfast and dinner options. The company also offers a weekly breakfast, smoothie and fruit basket option.[5]
