Horky is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.67 square kilometres (1.03 sq mi), and has a population of 111 (as at 2 October 2006).
Horky lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Svitavy, 36 km (22 mi) east of Pardubice, and 132 km (82 mi) east of Prague.
