Horní Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.73 square kilometres (2.98 sq mi), and has a population of 433 (as at 2 October 2006).
Horní Újezd lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Svitavy, 43 km (27 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 134 km (83 mi) east of Prague.
