Solesino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) southwest of Venice and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of Padua. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 7,068 and an area of 10.3 square kilometres (4.0 sq mi).[1]
Solesino borders the following municipalities: Granze, Monselice, Pozzonovo, Sant'Elena, Stanghella.
