The 1960 United States presidential election in Montana took place on November 8, 1960 throughout all 50 states, but not The District of Columbia, which was not part of the 1960 United States presidential election. Voters chose 4 representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for President and Vice President.
Montana narrowly voted for the Republican nominee, Vice President Richard Nixon, over the Democratic nominee, Senator John F. Kennedy. Nixon won Montana by a slim margin of 2.32%.
