Gen. William Floyd House in Westernville, New York is a National Historic Landmark. It was the home of William Floyd, 1734–1821, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. This is distinct from William Floyd House, a prior home of his in Mastic Beach, New York that is also on the National Register.^[3]

The two William Floyd houses are believed to be the only surviving homes in New York of signers of the Declaration of Independence.^[4]
